The Pilgrim Attention Office is located in the Prioral House, it was founded in 1993, the year of the "Año Santo Compostelano". The pilgrims that reach Roncesvalles, can come to this place to receive all the necessary information or to get their lodging fixed.

 

"Itzandegia" refuge.

2. "Itzandegia" refuge

Dependent of the Royal Collegiate of Roncesvalles. A wide and restored sitting room, of the 12th century. It has 100 bunk beds a heating system, running hot water for the showers. You can remain there only one night, unless there are circumstances beyond your control. It is necessary to show the Pilgrim' s Credential and the inscription ticket at the entrance. Price: 5 euros.

Youth Hostel.

3. Youth Hostel

Dependent of the Government of Navarra, Ministry of Social Welfare (telephone: 948- 760302). It has 35 beds for the pilgrims, a heating system, running hot water for the showers. It is necessary to show the Pilgrim' s Credential at the entrance. Price: 7 euros.

"La Posada".

4. "La Posada"

Private management. It has a restaurant and a bar, and 48 beds. Telephone: 948- 760225 for further information, consult their website: www.posadaderoncesvalles.com. The "Plato del Peregrino" is served for supper.

"Casa Sabina".

Private management. It has a restaurant and a bar, and 10 beds. Telephone: 948- 760012. For further information, consult their website: www.casasabina.es. For supper, they also serve the "Pilgrim's Menu".

The Royal Collegiate of Roncesvalles, together with the Youth Hostel are planning to build a complementary building of the boarding house for pilgrims during July and August, with prefabricated units and with showers, toilets, etc. It has a capacity of 80 bunk beds. Price: 5 euros.
